How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for peak wedding season (May–October). That said, reach out even if your date is sooner — we'll always try to make it work.

Where are you located? Do you travel?

We're based in Carmel, Indiana and serve the greater Indianapolis area. We also serve the Gulf Coast — 30A, Destin, and Panama City Beach — through family operators on the ground. For destination weddings outside these areas, we love to travel — just reach out and we'll build a custom quote that includes travel.

What do guests actually do? Is it complicated?

It's incredibly simple. We place a small card or table tent at each table with a QR code. Guests scan, upload a photo from their phone (or take a new one right there), and we print their magnet on the spot. No app to download, no account to create. Most guests are holding their magnet within a few minutes.

What photos can guests use?

Guests upload photos from the wedding or reception — a candid from their table, a moment on the dance floor, a photo with the couple, or a shot from the rehearsal dinner. We keep it to photos from your celebration so every magnet in the couple's gallery is a genuine memory from the night.

How does the digital photo gallery work?

Every photo a guest uploads to get their magnet is automatically added to a private gallery we create for the couple. After the reception, we send the couple a private link to their gallery with every photo at full resolution, organized and ready to download. It's the most complete photo collection from your wedding night — moments from every table, every corner of the room, that your photographer never had a chance to capture.

What size are the magnets?

Each magnet is 2.5" × 2.5" — the perfect size for a fridge, a locker, or a photo wall. Large enough to display proudly, small enough to take home in a purse or jacket pocket. Every magnet is reviewed and hand-inspected before it's handed to a guest.

Can we add our names and wedding date to the magnets?

Yes — custom name and date branding is included in the 101–200 guest package and available as an add-on for the under-100 package. We'll work with you before the wedding to design a simple, elegant text overlay that complements whatever photo guests choose to use.
