Every Keeper Moments order is made by hand and reviewed before it ships. If something isn't right, we want to fix it.
Our guarantee
If your magnet arrives damaged, has a print quality issue, or we made an error on our end, we'll reprint it at no charge. No forms, no hassle. Just email us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
How to request a reprint
Email hello@keepermoments.com with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• Whether you'd prefer a reprint or refund
We'll respond within one business day and get a replacement on the way quickly.
Photo quality
Because our magnets are made from photos you provide, we can only guarantee print quality for photos that meet our minimum resolution guidelines. We'll always flag a low-resolution photo before printing — you'll never receive a blurry magnet without being warned first.
If you approved a photo after a quality warning and the result is blurry, we may not be able to offer a full reprint, but we'll always try to work something out.
Change of mind
Because every magnet is made to order with your personal photo, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, email us — we'll always do our best to make it right.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
