Processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order and a confirmed, printable photo. If we have any concerns about your photo quality, we'll reach out before printing — no surprises.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates
Free shipping on all orders over $25.
Orders under $25 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
We ship via USPS First Class throughout the United States.
Delivery estimates
After your order ships, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within a week of placing your order.
Tracking is provided for all orders. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.
Rush orders
Need your magnets faster? Email us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests. Additional fees may apply.
Bulk & event orders
For large orders (50+ magnets) or event orders, please contact us before ordering so we can plan accordingly and confirm your timeline.
