SMS Terms & Opt-In
This page describes how Keeper Moments collects SMS opt-in consent, what kind of messages we send, and how to opt out. It's written plainly so you know exactly what you're agreeing to when you give us your mobile number.

How we collect opt-in consent
When you place an order on keepermoments.com or at one of our in-person event booths (race expos, wedding showcases, youth sports tournaments), we ask for your mobile phone number so we can text you about your order — for example, to send you a link to upload your photo, or to notify you when your package ships.
At the point where we collect your phone number, you must affirmatively check a consent box before your order can be submitted. The consent box is not pre-checked and is required — without checking it, the form will not submit. The exact language presented at checkout is shown below:
What messages we send
We send transactional messages only, tied to a specific order you've placed with us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without separate, explicit opt-in. Typical message types include:
- Order confirmations
- Photo upload links for custom orders where you upload your photo after placing the order
- Production status updates (for example, when we start making your order)
- Shipping notifications with tracking information
- Reminders for any action we still need from you (for example, if we're still waiting for your photo upload)

Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your order. A typical customer receives 3–6 messages per order across the order lifecycle. We only send messages about orders you've placed — there are no recurring broadcasts or scheduled promotional messages under our transactional number.
Costs
Keeper Moments does not charge you for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and your plan. Check with your carrier if you're unsure.
How to opt out, get help, or opt back in
You can manage your SMS preferences at any time by replying with any of these keywords:

| STOP | Stops all future SMS from Keeper Moments. You'll receive one final confirmation message, then nothing more. |
| HELP | Sends you a message with contact info for our support team (hello@keepermoments.com). |
| START | If you've previously opted out, replying START re-enables SMS. You can also email us at hello@keepermoments.com to opt back in. |
You can also email hello@keepermoments.com at any time to update your SMS preferences.
How we protect your phone number
Your phone number is used solely to deliver the transactional messages you've consented to receive. We will not sell or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your number is passed only to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) strictly for the purpose of sending you the messages you've opted in to receive.

Keeper Moments is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
